The small size and low-power consumption of the GD25DxxCKIGR make this latest addition to the company’s GD25D 3.0 Volt SPI NOR Flash family ideal for IoT devices, wearables, smartphones, health monitors and other applications requiring ultra-compact designs and superior battery life.
Other highlights of the GD25D family include Zero Standby Current, Low Active Read, Program and Erase Current features. The 128-bit Unique ID functionality offers enhanced security for applications.
