Floor Robot Vacuums

This schematic diagram illustrates the full control architecture of a robot cleaner, adopting multiple GD32 series MCUs for partitioned collaborative operation, with GD32F503/F3X0 as the primary digital processing master chip. Three functional blocks are arranged on the left: the user input interface integrates touch sensor, IR receiver, audio input and haptic driver; the user output interface equips LED driver, backlight driver, audio codec and touch screen controller; the sensor block combines magnetic/Hall sensor, accelerometer, ultrasound, DTOF and LDS laser radar, supported by dedicated auxiliary MCUs GD32E230F4P6 and GD32F330G8U6. On the right side, multi-channel motor drivers manage suction, rotary, wheel drive, side brush, lift gear and rotating vision motors. The wireless interface consists of GD32VW553 Bluetooth IC and GD30LD330 RF chip connected to an antenna for wireless communication. Besides, an auxiliary SOC digital processing unit and PMU power management chip are deployed, while the camera module feeds visual environment data back to the main controller. The whole framework realizes full-link control over sensing, human-machine interaction, power drive and wireless communication for robotic cleaners.
