3. In the event that you discontinue the use of the service, or if GigaDevice terminates the provision of the service to you under this Agreement, this website will not be obliged to retain any information related to your original account.

Article XI. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or related to your access to or use of this website shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Beijing International Arbitration Center, and arbitration shall be conducted in Beijing in accordance with its arbitration rules.
