GigaDevice and Mouser Electronics Announce Global Distribution Agreement and Inventory Available for Immediate Shipment


San Jose, USA(January 13, 2020)– GigaDevice today announced the signing of a global distribution agreement with Mouser Electronics, an award-winning semiconductor and electronic component distributor. The strategic partnership with Mouser will further expand the reach and availability of GigaDevice's broad product line of SPI NOR, SPI NAND and parallel NAND flash memory to design engineers and buyers around the world with inventory in stock and available today.

GigaDevice offers a wide range of highly reliable GD25 SPI NOR flash memory with density ranging from 512Kb to 1Gb which are available in four voltage variants and a variety of packages including the industry's smallest USON package for densities up to 8-Mbit (1.5 x 1.5 mm) and WLCSP.

GigaDevice also provides GD5F SPI NAND and GD9F parallel NAND products with the density of 1Gb, 2G, 4Gb and 8G in 1.8V and 3.3V power supply respectively. Both NOR and NAND flash products are specifically designed for low-power and high-performance embedded applications such as industrial, consumer, IoT, mobile, computing, networking and telecom industries. GigaDevice has a complete product line of SPI NOR Flash Memory that is AEC-Q100 qualified, making it ideal for automotive applications.
