Industrial Weighing Scales

This schematic diagram demonstrates the hardware architecture of an industrial weighing scale, which takes GD32E513 or GD32F527 as the main control MCU. On the left, the I2C bus connects the power management module and RTC, while SPI interfaces are used for crypto chip and memory unit. Rich communication peripherals are deployed on the right: three UART ports connect GPS module, 2G/4G cellular module and GD32VW553-MINI Wi-Fi & BLE combo module respectively. The I2S interface links to an audio codec, and SPI is matched with SPI Nor Flash for local data storage. Integrating power management, data encryption, multi-mode wireless transmission, positioning, audio prompt and storage functions, this solution with abundant interfaces is well suited for intelligent industrial weighing terminals in warehousing and logistics.
