GigaDevice provides a diverse range of PMICs for DDR5. Each PMIC integrates multiple buck DC-DC converters with high-efficiency and flexible interface, ensuring stable and efficient operation of DDR5 DIMM in various environments.
GigaDevice also supplies SPD chip for DDR5. SPD is mainly used to store memory-related information set by DIMM manufacturers, including memory capacity, module vendors, and nominal operating frequency. The information provides key basis of managing and identifying DIMM modules.Furthermore, GigaDevice has dedicated temperature sensor for DDR5 DIMMs. With an integrated control interface compatible with DDR5, this high precision sensor closely monitors the DIMM temperature and timely feedbacks related information to the controller, as ensures the memory modules operating within the safe temperature range, and enhances system stability and reliability.
