Overview

The GD32E518 MCU series, part of the GD32E5xx family, features CAN FD support for advanced communication applications. Running at up to 180 MHz, the series supports up to 512 KB of Flash memory and 128 KB of SRAM.

The GD32E518 integrates a comprehensive set of peripherals, including Ethernet, USB HS OTG, a Trigonometric Math Unit (TMU), a High-Resolution Timer (HRTIM), comparators, and an External Memory Controller (EXMC), along with a broad range of digital and analog features.

The series is available in multiple package options, including LQFP48, LQFP64, LQFP100, and LQFP144, providing greater design flexibility.
