Overview

The GD32A513 automotive MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core operating at up to 100 MHz and supports up to 384 KB of Program Flash memory and 48 KB of SRAM. It also features 64 KB dedicated data Flash and 4 KB EEPROM.

The series integrates multiple automotive communication interfaces, including dual CAN FD and three LIN interfaces, along with a wide range of digital and analog peripherals. It also features hardware integrity mechanisms such as ECC and CRC, and supports real-time monitoring functions including voltage and clock monitoring.

The GD32A7xx series operates over a wide voltage range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V and supports an extended automotive temperature range from -40°C to 125°C (Grade 1).

The GD32A7xx series is available in QFN36 and QFN56 package options.
