Overview

The GD32C1x3 product series integrates the Arm® Cortex®-M4 32-bit processor core operating at up to 120 MHz and delivers high processing efficiency with optimized Flash access performance. It provides up to 128 KB of on-chip Flash memory and 32 KB of SRAM. A wide range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals are connected to two APB buses.

The product series operates over a 1.71 V to 3.6 V power supply range and supports an operating temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Multiple power-saving modes enable flexible optimization between wakeup latency and power consumption, making the devices especially suitable for low-power applications.

These features make the GD32C1x3 series suitable for a wide range of connected and advanced embedded applications, including industrial control, motor drives, consumer and handheld devices, human-machine interface (HMI), security and alarm systems, POS, automotive navigation, IoT, and more.
