Overview
The GigaDevice GD32VF103 product line operates at a main frequency of up to 108 MHz and is based on the RISC-V architecture, delivering efficient and scalable processing performance. It integrates up to 128 KB Flashand 32 KB SRAM to support application code and data requirements in embedded systems.
For enhanced system integration and peripheral flexibility, the series offers a comprehensive set of digital and analog functions, including USART,UART, I2C, SPI, CAN 2.0B, USB FS and I2S. An External Memory Controller (EXMC) is also included to support expanded memory access and external device connectivity.
The GD32VF103 product line is available in multiple industry-standard package options, including QFN36, LQFP48, LQFP64, and LQFP100, to accommodate diverse design and space requirements.
