Overview

Powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core running at up to 72 MHz, the GD32E252 series is specifically optimized for low-speed optical module applications, delivering an ideal balance of performance, integration, and power efficiency.

Featuring 64 KB Flash, 8 KB SRAM, and a rich set of communication and analog peripherals, the device combines enhanced analog performance with a high level of integration. With 2× USART, 3× I²C, 2× SPI, 1× I²S, a 12-bit ADC, 4× DACs, and 1× comparator (COMP), it helps simplify system design and improve overall system reliability.
