Overview
The GD32FFPR series is a high-performance Cortex®-M33 MCU family with integrated PSRAM, designed to deliver enhanced computing capability and memory flexibility for advanced embedded applications. Running at up to 180MHz, it features up to 512KB embedded Flash and 96KB SRAM, along with up to 4MB PSRAM to support data-intensive workloads and complex system requirements.
The device offers a rich set of peripherals, including 3x16-bit GPTimers, 1x32-bit GPTimer, 2x16-bit ADTimers, and 2x16-bit Basic Timers for flexible timing and control functions. For connectivity, it provides 3xUSART and 3xUART, along with 3xI2C, 3xSPI, and 2xI2S interfaces, enabling robust multi-protocol communication and system integration.
In addition, the MCU features 1xEthernet and 1xUSB Device interface for network and peripheral connectivity, as well as three ADCs and dual DACs to support analog signal acquisition and processing, making it well suited for high-performance industrial and embedded applications.
