Overview
The GD32C113 product line has a main frequency of 120MHz, and it supports 128KB Flash and 32KB SARM. It also integrates USART+UART, I2C, SPI, CAN-FD, USB FS OTG, I2S, EXMC (External Memory Controller) as well as other digital and analog peripheral resources.
The GD32C113 product line provides QFN36, LQFP48, LQFP64, and LQFP100 package options.
