Overview
The GD32F101 product line is the baseline offering within the GD32F10x product series. It operates at a maximum frequency of 56 MHz and supports up to 3072 KB Flash and 80 KB SRAM.
The GD32F101 integrates a rich set of peripheral interfaces, including USART, UART, I2C, SPI, and an External Memory Controller (EXMC), as well as other digital and analog peripheral resources.
The GD32F101 product line is available in QFN36, LQFP48, LQFP64, LQFP100, and LQFP144 package options to meet different application and design requirements.
