Overview

The GD32E501 series MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core operating at up to 100 MHz and supports up to 512 KB embedded Flash and 32 KB SRAM.

The series integrates five 16-bit general-purpose timers, one 32-bit general-purpose timer, one 16-bit advanced timer, and two 16-bit basic timers. It also provides a rich set of communication interfaces, including two USARTs, three I2Cs, two SPIs, and one I2S, along with one MDIO interface and eight CLA acceleration units.

The series integrates analog peripherals including one ADC, eight DACs, and two comparators.
