Overview

The GD32EPRT series MCU is based on the Arm® Cortex®-M33 core operating at main frequency of up to 180 MHz and features a full DSP instruction set and a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU) for enhanced processing performance.

It integrates 512 KB of embedded Flash memory, 96 KB of SRAM, and 4 MB of PSRAM, providing ample memory resources for data-intensive applications.

The series incorporates a rich set of standard peripherals and a highly integrated architecture, making it well suited for applications requiring large memory capacity, such as mobile printers, display devices, and OTA upgrade systems.
