Overview
The GD32W515 series of MCUs utilizes the latest Arm® Cortex®-M33 core andintegrates a 2.4GHz single-stream IEEE802.11b/g/n MAC/Baseband/RF radio frequency module on-chip. It also features TrustZone Architecture to provide a secure and trusted Solution. The wireless GD32W515 series has a maximum transmit power of 21 dBm, a signal receiving sensitivity of -97.6 dBm, and a total link budget of 118.6 dBm, delivering leading baseband and radio frequency performance. It also boasts superior anti-interference capabilities. The adjacent channel rejection (ACR) value is as high as 48dB, effectively preventing strong signal interference and improving signal reception stability. This series of MCU supports high transmission rates with Iperf throughput of up to 50Mbps, and up to 80Mbps under laboratory test conditions. The radiofrequency (RF) module is fully integrated on-chip to simplify designs, effectively reducing the number of external components and thus reducing BOM costs. The GD32W515 series MCU operates at a maximum frequency of 180MHz, with up to 2048KB of on-chip Flash, 448KB of SRAM, and supports up to 32MB of external Flash. The power supply voltage is 1.6-3.6V, while the I/O ports can withstand 5V voltage levels. The standard industrial temperature range of –40 to +85°C is supported as well.
