Overview
Built on the efficient Arm® v8-M architecture, the GD32F503 series MCUs operate at frequencies of up to 252 MHz. Integrated with advanced DSP hardware accelerators and a single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), the series delivers enhanced processing performance for compute-intensive applications.
The series integrates three ADCs supporting up to 25 analog channels with sampling rates of up to 3 Msps. Complemented by one fast comparator and one DAC to enable functions such as rapid protection.
The GD32F503 series integrates a comprehensive set of communication interfaces, including up to three SPIs, two I2Ss, two I2Cs, three USARTs, two UARTs, two CAN-FDs, and one USB FS interface, supporting connectivity with a wide range of external devices.
The GD32F503 series MCUs are available in LQFP100/64/48, QFN64/48, and BGA64 package options to support diverse hardware design requirements.
