Overview

The GD32L23x series MCU supports a system frequency of up to 64 MHz, with 64 KB to 256 KB  Flash and 16 KB to 32 KB  SRAM. It integrates a rich set of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. It delivers excellent power efficiency and offers a comprehensive set of peripheral interfaces to enhance connectivity, while achieving up to 93% GPIO multiplexing capability.

This series is well suited for a wide range of applications, including industrial metering, compact consumer electronics, portable medical devices, battery management systems, and data acquisition and transmission.

    Integrated 128KB Flash and 24KB SRAM.
    In Deep-sleep mode, the current drops to 1.8uA.
    In Standby mode, the current is as low as 0.26uA.
    Support LQFP64/48/32, QFN64/48/32, WLCSP25 package options.
    Support CAN2.0B module.
