Overview
The GD32H7xx MCU series is a flagship high-performance 32-bit microcontroller based on the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core, designed for complex computing, real-time control, and advanced industrial, humanoid robotics and intelligent applications. Running at up to 600MHz, it delivers up to 1552 DMIPS and achieves an outstanding CoreMark® score of 2888. With its large on-chip memory, the GD32H7xx supports rich operating systems, embedded AI and machine learning algorithms, enabling high-performance and low-latency system design.
Industry-Leading Processing Power
Built on a high-frequency Cortex®-M7 core, the GD32H7xx provides exceptional computing capability for demanding workloads such as real-time control, signal processing, and edge intelligence. Its advanced architecture and memory resources enable efficient execution of complex algorithms in industrial automation, motor control, humanoid robotics and intelligent systems.
Advanced Connectivity and High Speed Interfaces
The GD32H7xx integrates a comprehensive set of high-speed communication and interface peripherals, including multiple U(S)ARTs, I2Cs, SPIs, I2Ss, SDIOs, and dual Octal SPI with real-time decryption support via the RTDEC module.
For industrial networking and connectivity, it features dual USB 2.0 OTG interfaces supporting Full-Speed and High-Speed modes, 3*CAN-FD modules, dual Ethernet, and an integrated EtherCAT® SubDevice Controller, enabling deterministic and high-reliability communication for industrial control and industrial IoT systems.
High-Precision Analog and Real-Time Data Acquisition
Equipped with high-speed ADCs, the GD32H7xx supports up to 4MSPS with 14-bit resolution and up to 5.3MSPS with 12-bit resolution, enabling fast and accurate signal acquisition for power systems, motor control, and industrial sensing applications.
Multimedia Processing and Vision Excellence
Beyond raw power, the GD32H7xx offers a comprehensive multimedia suite. Featuring a TFT-LCD controller and the Image Processing Accelerator (IPA), it excels at 2D image operations (overlay, rotation, zooming). With integrated SAI, SPDIF, and a digital camera interface, it provides a seamless solution for high-end audio/video processing and voice recognition.
